Denmark
A substantial 25.7% of people in Denmark are either Atheist or Agnostic and the remaining 2.6% of people practice a religion other than Christianity. With this cultural context in mind it would be wise to implement a team who understands or is a part of the local ethnic population who can better understand how they operate. This would allow for a well-tailored diversity program to the specific population, which would most likely facilitate a higher adoption rate, ultimately increasing the efficacy.
